How I work.
13 years of dev teams, QA, business owners — today most of my teammates are Claude agents. Same game: brief them, clear up questions, sign things off. 49 skills in use, a 14-agent job-application pipeline, Modal backends in production. This site itself came out of the setup. I help founders and operators grow faster and better — where AI gives leverage, where setup and people set the pace. I build the workshop, not just the prompt.

What is a skill? A skill is a Claude building block: a set of instructions plus a few scripts that Claude pulls in on demand. Instead of explaining everything from scratch in every chat, Claude calls the right skill and works to a fixed pattern — like a routine you document once and use everywhere.
Live = in regular use. Beta = running, still being sharpened. WIP = internal, in progress.
Use them yourself. Skills with a GitHub tag are public. Click the install command on the tile (it's copied), run it in your terminal, and the skill is available in your next Claude session. handover is the first; more to follow.
